Expertise – Technology – Creativity
A story of growth
RGE was founded in Turin in 1992, when everyday working tools were fax machines, landline phones and paper dictionaries. Since then, markets, technologies and the very way we communicate have never stopped evolving. We have changed along with them, embracing every new challenge with enthusiasm, always guided by the same goal: the quality of words.

The human value
We like to begin by entering the context in which each request takes shape, listening to our clients’ ideas, doubts and needs. With many of them, we have built long-lasting collaborations, strengthened by an approach based on presence and attention: the human side that adds value to our work and takes it beyond a simple assignment.
The direction
RGE is built around a network of professionals carefully selected over time, with whom we have developed relationships based on continuity and mutual trust. Today, projects are coordinated by Federica, Project Manager with a strong passion for languages, writing and travel: a mix of interests that fuels curiosity and a natural care for nuance.

Federica De Luchi
Originally from Italy’s North-East, Federica studied Literature in Bologna and soon began weaving her humanities background together with a certain tendency to leave… and stay away longer than expected.
She lived in Canada for study, collected a variety of work experiences between New Zealand and Belgium, and made it all the way to Colombia, where she took part in an educational project teaching English.
Along the way came a Master’s in Audiovisual Translation and, during the pandemic, a return to university for a degree in Comparative Literature, completed with a thesis on the literary representation of the border between Mexico and the United States.
Today, Turin is home: a strategic base between the Alps and the Mediterranean, where she has turned her interests into a profession. With a certain idea of stability, but without ever losing her wandering spirit.
